Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, what you bought and payment status, collected by Payhip, to deliver your files, handle refunds and keep tax records (legal obligation and contract).
• Emails: if you ask for the free checklist or tick to hear from us, your email and name, held by MailerLite, to send what you asked for (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Buyer follow-up: a short series of help emails after you buy, including a review invitation (legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time.
• Support emails: what you send us, to answer you.
• Site measurement (only if you agree): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used. Clarity hides what you type into forms. The Meta Pixel tells us which adverts led to a visit or a sale. See the cookie page.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop: Payhip (checkout and delivery), MailerLite (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), and, with your consent, Google, Microsoft and Meta (measurement). If we start inviting buyers to review us on Trustpilot, your name, email and order reference go to Trustpilot to send the invitation. Some of these services process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax law requires (around six years). Email list: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
